This project involved fitting a pre-engineered cleanroom and mechanical package into an existing commercial office space with minimal modifications. The indoor DHU was strategically located to maximize energy efficiency, performance, and serviceability. Mechanical start-up and commissioning were completed within one week, with the room exceeding design specifications. We also collaborated with the client to incorporate integrated power posts and minimize wall-mounted utilities, enhancing cleanliness, aesthetics, and long-term flexibility.
