Fair Use Policy

Purpose

Airtho permits limited, non-commercial, incidental, and editorial display of the Airtho name and logo only as set out below. All other uses are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Airtho.

Permitted Uses

  • Photographs, news coverage, editorial or documentary images that include the Airtho logo in an unaltered form as part of the image (for example: a photo of an Airtho product, an event photo, or a screenshot) are allowed without prior approval, provided the display is factual and not misleading.

  • Nominative use that accurately identifies Airtho, its products or services (e.g., “we use Airtho equipment”) is allowed when limited to what is necessary and not presented as endorsement.

Prohibited Uses

  • Altering, recoloring, cropping, animating, or otherwise modifying the Airtho logo.

  • Using the Airtho logo as the primary mark or brand on third-party products, packaging, domains, social media avatars, business names, ads, or promotional materials.

  • Implying endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with Airtho where none exists.

Conditions

  • The logo must remain visually unchanged, legible, and not misleading. Any use implying endorsement or affiliation requires Airtho’s prior written approval. • Airtho reserves the right to revoke permission at any time and to require removal of the logo upon notice.
